About the Role

We are looking for a

Project Manager

to oversee the execution of cross-functional initiatives spanning wellness services, marketing, partnerships, and technology.
This role requires exceptional organisational skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead projects from concept to completion -- ensuring every detail meets the standards of excellence Helix Prive is known for.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and manage multiple projects simultaneously across wellness, marketing, and operations teams. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with company goals. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless execution. Track milestones, budgets, and performance metrics, providing detailed progress reports to leadership. Identify risks and implement proactive solutions to maintain project quality and deadlines. Support digital transformation initiatives, including CRM, automation, and client experience optimisation. Maintain documentation, timelines, and status updates in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, Notion, or Trello). Uphold brand integrity and ensure all outputs reflect Helix Prive's premium positioning.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field. 4-8 years of project management experience, ideally in wellness, hospitality, or luxury industries. Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and complex projects. Strong communication, leadership, and time-management skills. Experience with project management software (Asana, ClickUp, or similar). High attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellence. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
