Project management, cost budgeting,prepare progress claims,attend contractual and technical aspect related to project and timely,completion of project. Plan,Implement & monitor the work schedules according to the master and detailed work programs. Maintains and control of daily site records ,prepare reports conducts inspections and carry out proper & efficient supervisions during the construction & commissioning of the project. Responsible for the coordination and tendering of various works packages starting from invitation of bid,generation of tender reports and up to negotiation and awarding.Also involve in the post contract administration of the awarded packages to sub contractor. Coordinate with Mechanical,Civil,Architect engineers,Discuss technical aspects of electrical system with contractor towards successful completion of project. Experience in Building & construction ,Civil projects. Supervise assigned tasks and complete the activity on time. Arrange resources and machinery on time for day to day site activities. Study drawings and follow as per drawing for construction. Preparation of site work plan and assign to the teams and monitor progress. Request for resources and utilize without delay in progress. Follow safety standards, quality and productivity. Able to work independently and in a team. Initiative,results orientated, problems analytical and solving skills. Evaluate construction methods and determine cost effectiveness of plans. Minimum 8 years working experience in building and construction related field. Minimum 8 years of relevant Main Contractor working experience. Having experience as Project manager for atleast 5 to 7 years. Should be completed full cycle of 2 or 3 projects
