What the role is:
Join SPF's Administration and Finance Department (A&F) to drive strategic transformation and deliver high-impact projects. As the staff authority for administrative, financial and procurement matters within SPF, A&F optimizes limited resources to meet operational needs. We are dedicated to providing and continuously improving value-based services that exceed stakeholders' expectations whilst supporting SPF's mission to prevent, deter and detect crime for Singapore's safety and security.
What you will be working on:
You will lead the digital transformation to revolutionise A&F's finance and administrative operations through: o Developing AI capabilities and implementing automation solutions across financial operations, security administration, records management, and internal publications o Creating AI-powered systems, including chatbots and AI assistants, to handle A&F's SOPs and guideline queries o Establishing predictive analytics capabilities to enhance resource allocation and financial forecasting o Automating report generation and trend analysis o Managing complete project lifecycles from requirements gathering to implementation o Developing documentation, training materials, and ensuring knowledge transfer
What we are looking for:
What we are looking for: o Proficiency in MS Office applications and data analytics software (e.g., Tableau) o Strong communication skills o Project and stakeholder management experience o Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities o Relevant background o Experience in technology adoption or digital transformation o Knowledge of AI concepts and development lifecycle o Understanding of Gen AI, Robotic Process Automation, and technical terminology Application Process: Apply through www.careers.gov.sg.
