The College of Computing & Data Science (CCDS) invites applications for the position of Project Officer.Key Responsibilities:Design a secure protocol to link the blockchain and the physical world by attaching a smart tag with the physical componentPropose a novel and elegant consensus protocol based on verifiable random functionsWrite a research paper to report the fundamental theoretical advances on blockchain scalability and securityImplement proof-of-concept prototypes for our designed blockchain-based system and conduct extensive experiments to evaluate its scalability and securityWrite a research paper to report the design and implementation of our novel blockchain-based system for tracking supply chainsJob Requirements:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Network Security Engineering or related areasGood communication and coordination skillsPositive working attitude and a good team playerStrong sense of responsibility and able to work independently with minimal supervisionSelf-motivated and able to multi-taskWe regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.Hiring Institution: NTU
