Project Officer (structural Dynamics/structural Engineering)
Job Description
The Protective Technology Research Centre (PTRC) of NTU is recruiting one project officer for the project on blast resistance of precast structures.Key Responsibilities:Literature reviews and specimen preparation on current precast wall details and blast simulation.Prepare test setup and conduct testsConduct post-test analysis and simulationsDraft test analysis and simulation reportsConduct parametric studies to validate.Help Research Fellow to draft guidelineJob Requirements:Bachelor degree and good grades in courses such as Structural Dynamics and Structural Engineering.Familiar with blast simulation and relevant software such as AutoDyna and Ls-Dyna.Good knowledge of dynamic analysis and simulationExperience in experimental work (for model validation).Good knowledge of data statistics (curve fitting and formula derivation).Good knowledge of structural dynamics and blast analysis of structure.We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.Hiring Institution: NTU
