Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate coordination of architectural 3D or visualization projects between clients and the creative team, ensuring the punctual delivery of high-quality work.
- Offer technical advice and anticipate potential challenges to both the team and the client.
- Effectively manage manpower and resources to ensure the timely completion of ongoing tasks.
- Collaborate with various parties including client representatives, sub-contractors, and consultants. Handle communication, documentation, and coordination with the client/client\xe2\x80\x99s representative, as well as other contractors and consultants.
- Degree in Architecture or Interior Design or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Familiar with 3D softwares
- Good customer service skills
