Project & Operation Executive
Tuas
5.5 days | 9am - 6pm // 9am-1pm
$2500 - $3000
Job Responsibilities:
- Client account and vendor management
- Responsible for ensuring each shipment generates the maximum contribution to the company by keeping constant focus on meeting the required service level at the lowest possible cost
- Maintain and file all records in accordance with company procedure
- Provide operational support to the project management team
- Constantly review working processes with carriers and transport companies to ensure best practices, but also that fees charged are in line with competitors
- Responsible for troubleshooting any concern related to international freight transportation
- Responsible for utilizing logistics IT systems or software to optimize procedures
- Responsible for planning and tracking the shipment according to customer requirements
- Monitor deliveries and ensure customer satisfaction
- Responsible for maintaining accurate logs of all transportation and goods.
- Moving around to clients\' premises based on operations demands
- Prepare and ensure timely dispatch of shipping documents
- Billing, cost accrual update and file closing
- Any other ad-hoc duties being assigned
- Minimum 1 year experience needed
- Minimum ITE & above
