Job Description

Role Overview

Oversees and manages the complete project schedule across all phases -- design, procurement, construction, and validation -- ensuring timely delivery in compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Schedule Development

Develops and maintains detailed master schedules (Level 1-4) using Primavera P6 or MS Project. Consolidates inputs from the design, procurement, construction, and validation teams, and sequences key activities according to pharmaceutical project logic and process flow requirements.

Progress Tracking & Control

Monitors site progress on a weekly basis, tracking critical paths and buffer times. Identifies potential delays and supports the development of mitigation or recovery plans. Oversees milestone schedules associated with equipment installation and validation activities.

Reporting & Communication

Prepares weekly and monthly progress reports, including three-week lookahead schedules. Provides schedule insights and updates during internal and client meetings, and assists in preparing Time Impact Analyses (TIA) and extension-of-time claims.

Risk Control & Coordination

Participates in project risk assessments and integrates schedule-related risks into the project risk register. Works closely with construction, safety, and logistics teams to optimize sequencing and minimize disruptions.

Validation Interface

Coordinates with the validation team to ensure timely achievement of Installation Qualification (IQ) and Operational Qualification (OQ) readiness milestones.
