Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project and Procurement Assistant to support our purchasing and administrative functions. The role involves handling procurement activities, assisting in project coordination, and providing day-to-day administrative support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment


Responsibilities:



Support project coordination and administrative functions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Manage purchasing activities, including sourcing, obtaining quotations, price negotiation, and processing purchase orders (POs). Track delivery schedules, update goods received in the accounting system, and maintain accurate purchase records. Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:



Experience in purchasing, project coordination, or administrative support. Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Quickbook is an advantage. * Flexible and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-moving work setting.
