How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

How Will You Be Contributing to Our Success?

1) Build strong partnership with business team to win the contract from customers

• Pro-actively capture business needs, in order to ensure early procurement involvement and optimize added value creation/
• Ensure sufficient procurement resources are mobilized (internal, external) and coordinate between all procurement resources, in order to ensure compliance to the project objectives (cost, schedule) and the project procurement strategy.
• Analyze the market trend and identify the cost improvement opportunity.

2) Define the procurement strategy and deploy bidding and supplier selection for project

• Prepare RFI/RFP, and conduct reference check.
• Arrange user workshop to understand user needs and unique internal constraints.
• Develop goals of future spend environment, including: attributes of suppliers, number of suppliers, contract term performance requirement, ordering/delivering methods, payment methods and terms that will be applied to the projects.
• Work with project team to conduct bidding, evaluation and supplier selection, ensure a consensus is reached for the award of each contract, optimize between Price and Risk (Quality, Schedule, Contract terms), and drive for optimal TCO (Total Cost of Ownership).
• Set-up and manage project specific contracts for equipment, materials and services.

3) Secure the delivery of equipment, services for project

• Set and monitor the procurement performance in project against set goals.
• Collabrate with procurement community to secure suppliers\'s perfomance to project.
• Track procurement progress, completeness and tractability of related documents
• Support claim management and lead claim negotiations, and actively support in escalated contract management topics (schedule delays, quality issues).

• Master\'s / Degree in Engineering or Business
• Having CAPEX Procurement experience in MNC, better with construction works procurement experience.
• Aware of the project change management process.
• Engineering company working experience is preferred.
• Strong negotiation and contracting skills for capital projects.
• Project management knowledge and aware of stakeholder management
• Aware the culture difference and can work in a matrix organization.
• Strong communication skills.
