KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: . To work closely with your External Sales Engineer(s) in a team approach to serving the customers. . To prepare costings, quotations and proposals using CEP, SAP system, for products or packages based on E+H products, services, and third-party suppliers in a timely manner. . To be responsible for sales functions, like attending to customer enquiries via email, telephone, eBusiness portal, fax. . To coordinate with other sales team, Service, Controlling and Logistics departments for input required for your quotations or proposal. . To provide customer service, build and maintain good customer relations, solve problems, attend to complaints, and provide effective customer support. . To be responsible for the checking and verification of customers' Purchase Order and quotation conversion into sales order for order processing. . To process orders using SAP. . To perform sales associated assignments as nominated. . To be polite and customer always oriented. . KEY REQUIREMENTS: . Diploma in any engineering-related discipline or equivalent . Minimum 2 years of experience as Internal Sales or Proposal Engineer or any relevant position . Computer literate and well versed with MS Office . Resourcefulness, Good presentation, able to manage and maintain multiple active projects simultaneously would be helpful. .
