Job Description

$4500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours

Location: CBD

Responsibilities

• Preparation of Project Quality Plan (PQP) and carry out Internal Audit as scheduled in the PQP.
• Preparation of Inspection and Testing Plan (ITP) according to various Standard.
• Perform all daily inspection and test of the scope and character necessary to achieve the quality of construction required in the drawings and specifications for all works under the project performed ON or OFF site.
• Carrying out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensures activity at site are as per approved method statement and ITP.
• Coordinate with the client\'s representative and/or Site in-charge for inspection and meeting about quality problems including closure of Non-Compliance Report.
• Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/ observations, permanent materials, equipment delivered and other QA/QC documents.
• Responsible for closure of Non-conformance (NCR) and Site Instruction (SI).
• Responsible in the quality and workmanship of all activities, thorough knowledge of all phases of engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of local and international codes, standards and regulations is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
