Responsibilities: * Responsible to ensure that the Project Quality Management System is adhered to by the respective members of the project team. * Manage the Quality activitites for Engineerin Responsibilities: Responsible to ensure that the Project Quality Management System is adhered to by the respective members of the project team. Manage the Quality activitites for Engineering, Procurement, Onsite Fabrication and Brownfield activities Responsible to develop the project Audit Plan encompassing all disciplines and key critical vendors / subcontractors, execute the audits for the overall projects as per the approved audit plan Ensure that all audit findings and non-conformances are properly addressed and closed out in a timely manner Responsible to coordinate with company's quality representative and Third Party Inspection Agency (where applicable) at appropriate project stages. Responsible to ensure Quality Assurance of engineering works through independent and documented reviews of engineering deliverables including the deliverables of vendors and suppliers. Liaise between Client and SMOP for all Project Quality issues for the corrective actions and resolutions Responsible to ensure that the Quality Awareness trainings have been implemented Ensure that all audit findings and non-conformances are properly addresssed and closed out in a timely manner Monitor and ensure the Quality KPIs are met Ensure to carry out all project quality audits as per audit plan and the findings are followed up till total closed-out of the findings. Responsible to ensure Quality Assurance and Quality Control of all fabrication and construction works including the works of Subcontractors Ensure final documentation to project requirement Requirements: Degree or Diplma in Engineering as minimum and with valid certificates in welding inspection and non-destructive examination Posses 9001:2015 Certified Internal Auditor Minimum 5 year of relevant work experience Physically fit Able to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment Able to motivate in a challenging work environment Must be able to board ships, enter confined spaces with limited visibility and have the ability to climb up and down stairs and/or ladders of varying heights.
