Adecco is partnering with a global company specializing in water heaters, and they are looking for a Project Sales Assistant Manager to join their expanding team!

The Job
Defining project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities, risk management, and implementation.
Provide an end-to-end service through preparing project plans, leading the initiation & planning of a project while ensuring technical feasibility, and tracking projects and providing regular reports & periodic reviews on project status
Prepare and submit quotations, bidding process, planning & executing the sales strategy for respective customers
Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget
Achieve annual sales target by coordinating with internal and external parties for the flawless execution of projects.
Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques; implement progress, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; manage stock inventory; issuing of orders for projects.
Manage high-level relationships and communication between clients and stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
The Talent
Min Diploma certificate
Perform project sales to both commercial and residential properities
Prior sales and project management experience in Home Appliances, Kitchenware, Sanitaryware, etc. preferred
Excellent communication skills, strong analytical & problem-solving, conflict resolution experience, contract negotiation, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Project planning, risk management, time management, and other project management skills
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
