Industry: ICT Solution Provider Responsibilities

• Establish, develop, and maintain customer relationship by working closely with vendor partners mainly commercial end users, system integrators, independent service providers.
• Responsible for sales of security surveillance and communication systems projects, also upsell other security solutions and new developments to existing customers.
• Ensure profitability of project orders secured by working closely with the PM on pricing.
• Ensure that your targets and margins are met by preparing action plans and schedules to identify opportunities
• Update our CRM system and follow up with prospects periodically.
• Review partners specifications and customers\xe2\x80\x99 requirements and ensure they are clearly understood by the implementation team and complied with
• Lead the design of the various systems to ensure compliance at optimized cost
• Gather market feedback and information
• Collate quotations from supplier
• Study and analyses company product ranges for suitability for intended projects.
• Prepare various reports regarding sales activities, closing and ensure that project is align with objective.
• Assume ownership for the allocated prospects and work closely with the projects and service team for a seamless project delivery.
• Meet system integrator partners regularly to pitch to end users\xe2\x80\x99 clients in the private and public sectors as well as join hands in bids and project tenders
• Work with all personnel involved including the sales engineers, technical support engineers, RMA personnel, accounting, logistic, product management etc to meet the account performance objectives and customer requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in engineering, telecommunication or computer science related.
• 5 to 8 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the security surveillance industry but if you are from the system integrator or artificial intelligences solution providers with good exposure in Video analytics or facial recognition software\xe2\x80\x99s may also apply.
• Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events
