Technical Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering

or a related field (may accept diplomas with experience). Solid understanding of

electrical systems, components, and products

(e.g. transformers, switchgear, PLCs, power distribution). Familiarity with

electrical standards

(IEC, IEEE, NEC, etc.). Ability to read and interpret

technical drawings, schematics, and specifications

Sales and Business Skills

2-5 years of experience in

technical sales

business development

, or

customer-facing engineering roles

. Proven ability to

identify customer needs

and recommend suitable technical solutions. Track record of

meeting or exceeding sales targets

. Experience preparing and delivering

technical proposals, quotations, and tenders

Software and Tools

Proficiency in

Microsoft Office Suite

(Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with

CRM tools

(e.g. Salesforce, Ariba) is often a plus. Familiarity with

Strong verbal and written
