• Oversee and manage the service and project administrative activities & reporting requirements of the organization on a timely and accurate manner.
• The Sales Executive is directly responsible for project related sales activities.
• Ensure the following key performance indicators are adequately managed and monitored:
• Managing, developing and motivating the Singapore sales channels in order to achieve company objectives and strategy.
• Achievement of sales and profit budgets by account on a monthly and YTD basis.

Job requirements: - ref

• Possess min 1 year related experience in construction / building management system (bms) /building automation/facilities sales experience
• With or Without own vehicle
