What you'll do:

To drive sales growth and develop business opportunities within the offshore, marine, and oil & gas industries in Singapore and the surrounding region. The role focuses on pursuing new projects, managing channel partners, maintaining strong relationships with key clients, and promoting company solutions that meet demanding offshore requirements.



Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the offshore, marine, shipbuilding, and oil & gas sectors. Develop and manage channel distribution partners to expand market coverage and achieve sales targets. Maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors, end-users, consultants, and distributors. Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with project requirements and industry standards. Collaborate with internal engineering and technical teams to provide effective product solutions and support. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project developments in the offshore and marine sectors. Participate in tender submissions, exhibitions, and technical presentations to enhance brand visibility. Achieve assigned sales targets and profitability objectives. Experience in channel distribution management and partner development. Strong understanding of offshore standards and specifications (e.g., IECEx, ATEX, IP ratings, corrosion resistance, etc.). Proven ability to manage key accounts and project pipelines. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently. Willing to travel regionally when required (e.g., shipyards, offshore platforms, or project sites).

Experience with lighting, electrical, or instrumentation systems for offshore use. Familiarity with marine classification societies (DNV, ABS, Lloyd's Register, BV). Established contacts within offshore EPCs, shipyards, or operators in Singapore & MMHE.
