Responsibilities: 1. Establish, develop and maintain customer relationship; expand projects opportunities. Responsible for sales of security and communication systems projects; ensure profitability of project orders secured. Monitor prospects being followed up; support marketing efforts. ? Ensure that order intake targets and margins are met with; build up portfolio of prospects to be followed up. Review consultants' specifications and customers' requirements and ensure they are clearly understood and complied with. Lead the design of the various systems to ensure compliance at optimized cost. Gather market feedback and information Collate quotations from suppliers. Study and analyse for suitability for intended projects. Assume ownership for the allocated prospects Coordinate and facilitate customer requirements. Work closely with the projects and service team for a seamless project implementation. Meet consultants and customers regularly. Work with team mates in preparation of response to major tenders and sales enquiries. Report to Sales Manager/ Director for prospects and follow up and special marketing efforts where required. Organize and lead special marketing activities.2. Follow-up regional projects.Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, telecommunication or computer science related. 2. At least 2 years' experience of projects sales in CCTV industry; 3. Good communication skills, fluent in English. 4.
