Career Progression Path
Phase 1: Sales Foundation (Month 1)
Learn and build fundamental communication skills (Sales, Presentation, Confidence) through 1-to1 mentorship
Take on leadership responsibilities within campaigns (conduct training and guide newer team members)
Phase 3: Team & Project Management (Progression-Based)
People management, and work closely with senior leaders on campaign strategy and delivery
