To provide professional image and technical expertise as a system solution provider and uphold the image of Company as a preferred brand for continuity of future projects and uphold the brand. To sources and identify new project prospective and work with potential consultants or contractors for upcoming projects pipeline to grow market coverage and create awareness of Company Brand. Essential Functions To contact and liaise with customers on projects execution schedule and follow up on submission documentation approval such as: Assist in taking off fittings qty and trace pipe routing for Calculation for Plumbing & Sanitary and Air Con system Assist in compilation of system calculations & catalogues for consultant approval. Taking over the project sales and understand site requirement and systems. Maintain good relationship with customers and partners such as sub-con, PE, consultants etc. Close working relationship and follow up with customers/site schedule and documentation requirement such as M&E drawings, Workers List, MOS etc. Obtain system approval for M&E drawing and approve mechanical and electrical brand conforming to site requirement. Visit site and liaise with customers, internal logistic and sub-contractors on site delivery and installation schedule. Ensure pumps and system is according to approval and requirement as well as conforming to Standard such as PUB, NEA etc. Monitor sub-con progress, workmanship, quality, and safety of works. Establish progress claims as per site status and obtain client agreement for billing. Approve sub-contractors claims for job done as per site status. Resolve any site/technical issue and system trouble shooting arise from site execution and during Liability/Warranty period. Conduct Testing & Commissioning of systems and provide system training to owner/maintenance prior to handover. Preparation of Project Operation Manual etc. Monitor servicing and maintenance frequency during Defect Liability Period Attend, coordinate, and liaise with partners and site personnel for defects or pumps repair works. Attend Customer Compliant, ability to evaluation and recommend cause of action. Carry out simple pump repair works such as, replacement Mechanical Seal. Establish a data base for sharing and traceability of pre and post sales. Minimum Qualifications and experience Diploma in Engineer or proven practical experience in pumps or related industries Aptitude (role specific skills required for success) Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Project Management Proven record in project management and site execution with successful completion Necessary relevant site certification such as Safety requirement, lifting, confine space etc. Knowledge & Experience with site requirement on procedure and processes. Good Technical understanding of pumps and system. Strong electrical knowledge and troubleshooting skill. Good engineering track record. Computer literate and organising skill to cater delivery schedule. Eloquent with good communication and presentation skill. Outspoken and ease of communicate with Owner, Consultants and contractors. Approachable with good relationship building and negotiation skill. Knowledge on local Code of Practice standard and requirement.
