Job Description

:

• Submit to the Project Head a daily, weekly, and monthly progress report of the Project under his supervision based on the Gantt Chart activities, materials delivery on site, materials consumption, site weather condition, and heavy equipment condition.
• Responsible to make quantity survey of materials needed on the project site and materials estimate, and the request of materials procurement. Submit it to the Project Head.
• Responsible for warehousing protocols in the project site not limited to materials issuance but also tools accountability. Responsible to develop systematic tools borrower procedure for accountability.
• Responsible to ensure to implement safety and environment regulatory protocol in the workplace.
• Coordinate with the Structural Leadman/Supervisor, Installer Technician, and Contractor on the quantity of their personnel vs. the actual manning of the day, Gantt Chart schedule and completion target of different construction activities.
• Conduct periodic meetings of the men under his direct supervision for work issues and concerns, new corporate memorandum, guidelines, and other relevant notices.
• Responsible to make the pertinent follow up of requisitioned and or purchase requisitions of materials needed by his men under his direct supervision.
• Responsible to uphold the ABFI Employees Handbook.
• Direct report to the Project Section Head.

Qualifications:

• Preferably a registered PRC license engineer in the field of Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or commensurate 3 years' experience as Project Coordinator/Project Engineers in structural and civil works and road construction and development, and bridge construction or water ways project.
• Must have good traits on skills of leadership, planning, interpersonal relationship, and supervisory administration.
• Preferably has intensive background in design and estimates (BOM), proficient in AutoCAD, can work long hours in AutoCAD design, and knowledge on the Building Code, an edge.
• Able to read and interpret design plans for structure and civil works and lead structural foreman or Contractors in the implementation of the Plan with reference to the Building Code standards.
• Self-motivated and strong principle person and embrace work responsibility and accountability with passion.
• Good leadership trait and has logical decision-making ability without prejudice to good interpersonal relationship.
• Adaptable to complex situation.
• Preferably with COSH and BOSH training to ensure safety at the work site as well as the workers.
• Can work long hours in the construction supervision irrespective of the project site condition.
• Has knowledge about Good Manufacturing Practices including 5-S concept.
• Preferably residing in Naga, Cebu or nearby resident in Municipality.
