Known for its commitment to quality, safety, and timely project delivery, the company is involved in a range of large-scale building construction projects across the island.

Plan, supervise, and manage daily site construction activities to achieve project progress, quality, and safety objectives.
Ensure all works comply with project specifications, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
Coordinate with consultants, RE/RTO, and internal technical teams to resolve contract, design, and technical matters efficiently.
Proactively identify and address construction challenges, technical risks, and safety issues to prevent disruptions.
Participate in subcontractor and client progress meetings to ensure alignment on project deliverables.
Assist the Project Manager in tracking, reporting, and updating project progress and performance indicators.
Manage site logistics including material and equipment delivery, storage, and utilization to ensure cost-effectiveness and minimize waste.
Support any other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager or Site Manager.
Requirements:
3 to 5 years of experience in
main contractor roles on local building construction projects
(main contractor building construction experience is
mandatory
).
Experience in
condominium or residential development projects
is highly preferred.
A
degree in engineering (civil/structural)
or related discipline that is
recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB)
is preferred.
