Job Description
Responsibilities : * Assists in preparation and implementation of Project Execution Plan (PEP). * Attends the construction meeting and technical meetings. (internal as well as with client). * Responsibilities : Assists in preparation and implementation of Project Execution Plan (PEP). Attends the construction meeting and technical meetings. (internal as well as with client). Monitors work in progress and prepares report of the status of each project. Ensuring all procedures and calculations are submitted to the client for review and approval. Coordinates materials and assists in the logistics, its shipment and receipt at consturction site. Coordinates with all project related personnel on day-today progress of work activities, procurement and operations to ensure timely completion of the project. Provide full support as required by the Management and PMT for all projects. Able to lead and manage overall project operation & management. Manage the project administration and control of cost, work schedule, work in progress and quality work. Requirement : Minimum NTC/Diploma in Building/Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Minimum 3 years relevant experience in ACMV industry with Consturction and Project Coordination experience. Knowledge in project management and contract management Good communication and interpersonal skill. We only consider applicant with relevant experience.
