Job Description
$5K + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: EastResponsibilities
- Assist in handling / storing or materials / equipment\'s
- Supervise the performance of sub-contractors
- Responsible for the delivery of items purchased for the project
- Handle properly the hand over process of project to the customer when it is completed
- Supervise subcontractor\'s workers
- Ensure safety practices are followed
- Carry out inspections of incoming materials and equipment for the projects at the worksite
- Conduct quality checks on work done by workers
- Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical systems for buildings, Air-Conditioning and mechanical Ventilation System ACMV.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
