• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing (Marine)
• Position Title: Project Supervisor
• Working Location: Pioneer Lot
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri, 9.00 am \xe2\x80\x93 6.00 pm, Sat, Half Day)
• Salary Package: Basic up to $4,600
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Project Team to ensure that the projects are completed according to project plans and schedules
• Able to estimate the scope of work (Cost and Man-hours)
• Prepare inspection and final work completion reports
• Ensure preservation of equipment is carried out as per project requirements and well-maintained as per individual maintenance schedules
• Supervise site inspection and resolve site matters pertaining to the project, sub-contractors work and progress of work
• Prepare Site Progress Report and Manpower Planning
• Liaise with contractors for site delivery, installation and testing
• Responsible for the coordination of all project site activities
• Oversee daily manpower deployment
• Execute site inspection and work discussion
• Assist and support Project manager in handling and monitoring the progress of projects
• Ensure the implementation of quality and safety procedures & policies, production reliability & efficiency
• Supervise and Train workers
• Monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers
• Supervise and ensure the overall safety measures and standards at the work site
• Other Ad Hoc work

• At least 3 years of experience
• With experience in Marine Operation and Shipyard environment
• With Shipyard Supervisor Safety Certification preferred
• Proficient in PC applications such as MS Word, MS Excel (calculations, MS Outlook)
• Able to work overtime and weekends
