• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Supervisor or in an equivalent role within the construction or interior design industry.
• Strong working knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge and other software skills will be an advantage.
• Valid construction supervisor or project management certification is highly desirable.

Jobs Scope:

• Coordinate and oversee all on-site activities to ensure timely completion of projects within budget and to the highest quality standards.
• Prepare the master program and ensure work progresses according to the schedule.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality aligns with project drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate project works with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other trades.
• Manage the delivery, setup, and handover of projects, including mock-ups at site locations.
• Supervise a team of skilled tradesmen, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient workflows.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders from Sales and Business Development to support project leads through to completion.
• Attend site coordination meetings and provide progress updates to the project manager and client.
• Handle pre-sales and post-sales support, including corporate client inquiries and project billing to collection.
• Prepare handover materials, checklists, work orders, and payment invoices for in-house subcontractors.
• Maintain detailed project records and documentation.
• Attend to post-project defect services and conduct site surveys for existing projects to report on-site conditions.
