Responsible for coordinating project activities, resources, equipment and information
Assist in the supervision of project sites, workers and the arrangement of work activities
Ensure all safety and quality assurance procedures/ standards as followed on site
Monitor, supervise and follow up the project progress
Handle any issues that arises and to report, escalate to Project Managers if needed
Liaise with Sub-contractors, suppliers & related parties involved in the production and construction of the projects
Prepare and maintain project documentation, plans and reports as required to assist Project Managers in monitoring programs
Attend site meetings and assist Project Managers/ Engineers to ensure smooth and seamless project management implementation
Filing of documentation, submission/updates, discrepancy, changes, revision, etc of each project assign
Other ad hoc duties as assigned Job Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
At least 2-4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field in residential projects is required for this position. Able to read drawings will be an added advantage.
Possess a valid class 3 Singapore Driving License (Preferrable).
