Description
1) To direct and monitor construction related activities, including the work of contractors and consultants.
2) To review architectural and engineering drawings
3) To monitor projects to ensure compliance with building regulations, policies and procedures, including
inspection of completed projects for accuracy, competeness and compliance with establish contacts,
standards and specifications.
4) To manage projects matters.
5) To ensure that projects are delivered on time
6) To create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
7) To perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
1) Degree/ Diploma in Building Construction
2) PC literate and knowledge
3) Min. 2 years experience in Building Construction Industry.
