The Project Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely completion of organizational and administrative duties to ensure the success of SEA\'s events.
Responsibilities
- Provides necessary support for team travel, including processing flight bookings.
- Support in the preparation and implementation of events and meetings.
- Assist with hotel contracts review and negotiation.
- Creating and managing our events calendar.
- Managing event budgets.
- Processing payments and invoices.
- Engaging with vendors and speakers and arranging contracts.
- Post-event reporting.
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Management, Business, Marketing, International Relations or a related discipline.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to remain focused in ever-evolving circumstances.
- Excellent time management and proactive planning skills to meet tight deadlines while working across varying time zones.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively while managing multiple daily tasks.
- Ability to utilize sound judgment and remain flexible to ensure all tasks are completed timely and in compliance with organisation\'s regulations.
- Ability to be open and receptive to asking for and receiving feedback to facilitate continuous professional growth.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and Microsoft products.
- Project management experience.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
