The marketing team, also known as the Employer Brand and Talent Attraction (EBTA) team, are based in 10 countries and you will work with some of the most experienced, fun-loving and dedicated marketing professionals we know! The EBTA team at Shell are responsible for ensuring that Shell is viewed as the #1 Employer of Choice for talent. This includes attraction campaigns through numerous channels, digital technologies, branding, communications, innovations, events and much more. You will be part of the Global Programmes team. The Programmes team is the owner of owned digital channels, the candidate experience and the employee value propositions for different businesses. In addition we develop the global innovative marketing programmes to ensure we are a world-class talent marketing organisation. What’s your role? As the XP Projects Coordinator you will be responsible for being the PMO for the programmes aimed at firmly positioning Shell as the employer brand of choice amongst the top experienced professionals that Shell seeks to hire. You will be collaborating on development and implementation of marketing programmes to attract the best talent. This requires passion about partnering with the business to understand the needs. This is a global role that will require you to take ownership of coordination and logistics of your segment through: Ambassadorship Programme: Work with Corporate Relations focal and the business focal for the Ambassadorship programme to set-up ambassadors across Shell, with sub-teams, for the purpose of social media ambassadorship, jobs promotion and employer brand strengthening through online reviews. The role is primary that of a PMO. Experience Design and engagement programmes: The experience design requires the analysis of every touchpoint where our critical talent pool can engage with, and setting up the backend to support the design with other EBTA focal and agencies. The contractor will work primarily with the Programmes lead to engage with the business, DMR-EBTA team and B&C-EBTA team to support the development of bespoke experience designs for each talent profile. This will result in developing execution plans and being the PMO for these plans which will require other stakeholders to develop content, et-up a channels ecosystem and a measurement framework. Accountabilities

• PMO the development, establishment and implementation of global integrated marketing programmes for experienced professionals based on business requirements.
• Coordinate with agencies, channels and vendors as required.
• Relentlessly pursue a culture of customer centricity to measurably enhance the XP candidate experience journey across all touchpoints, from attraction to onboarding.

REQUIREMENTS What you will need in your toolkit. You’ll need as many of the following as possible in your profile:

• Experience in Marketing (required); Minimum of 2 years.
• Experience in coordinating for projects/ complex campaigns (Required).
• Experience in working across virtual teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Experience of working with insights and research.
