Key Responsibilities
Support eldercare-related projects, programmes, and initiatives from planning to implementation
Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting for programme outcomes and service evaluation
Prepare presentation slides, reports, and briefing materials for internal teams, funders, and partners
Support the drafting of proposals, concept papers, and funding submissions
Conduct research on community needs, best practices, and funding opportunities
Coordinate project documentation, timelines, and follow-ups with stakeholders
Who We're Looking For
Interest in the social service or eldercare sector
Comfortable working with data and organising information (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, basic analytics)
Able to present information clearly through slides and written reports
Good writing and communication skills
Organised, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
Prior experience is an advantage but
not required
