Main / Key Responsibilities
Event Planning * Assist with the sourcing and procurement of event logistics
- Assist with the receiving of logistics and sponsored items
- Assist with the planning for events
- Assist with administrative works
- Assist with the execution of events
- Handle on-ground enquiries and escalate on-ground issues to Event OICs
- Work with other staff on the safe management, and proper execution of events
- Assist the Event OIC on any other matters before, during and after events
- Effective execution and administration of events.
- Assist in other activities, projects and task as and when assigned by Projects & Marketing Executive (CCK) and above
