Projects Lead

Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management

Location: Bukit Batok

Principal Accountabilities

Responsible for the tactical delivery with minor and major project management (CAPEX), OPEX including 5 Years CAPEX Planning and 10 Years LCM (exclude construction works)

Responsible for successful site technology implementation and management at client site (e.g. JLL Corrigo system, vendor technology management, etc)

Ensure that site documentation is updated, communicated and reviewed as per JLL and client\'s requirement

Oversee security and fire safety management

Leading role in overseeing delivery of facilities management services (Back-Up to Site Lead)

Single point of contact on site for all operation related matters - responsible for ensuring that contractual obligations are met (Back-Up to Site Lead)

Achieve contractual KPI and SLA target

Actively identify and manage sustainability

Ensure overall customer service satisfaction

Duties & Responsibilities

Minor and Major Project Management (exclude construction works)

Responsible for the site procurement of minor and major projects works on site (exclude construction works)

Prepare the 5 Years CAPEX Planning prior to the next school calendar year

Ensure that the asset list and lifecycle maintenance are updated as and when required

Work with the school stakeholder to draft and prepare project management plan for upcoming school year

Technology Implementation / Site Improvement

Identify and implement initiatives towards cost/energy savings, work improvements, process, and sustainability, etc

Supervise/ lead implementation of potential innovation solution on campus subjected to the approval of the client

Lead and engage client in the discussion and implementation plan of value-added initiatives such as Lean Six Sigma, Energy and Sustainability, Safe and Security

Responsible for implementation, tracking the progress and completion of sustainability initiatives

Site Documentation

Ensure the Client\'s and JLL\'s processes and templates are aligned and comply with the local statutory laws.

Ensure process and quality consistency

Measure our progress against process implementation, HR turnover, added value initiative, tracking relationship communications and issues resolutions

Updating of facilities site field manual and playbook

Client Management

Adhere to College\'s Safeguarding and all policies stated in the agreement
