Job Description

To assist Operations Director/Project Director lead site construction team in ensuring smooth execution of work. To schedule and plan ahead works so that site problems can be resolved before they have impact of cost, overall schedule and quality. Carry out project planning, cost control and project documentation Provide the direction in construction planning, coordinate works with sub-contractors, Client and Consultants to ensure overall construction progress based on the schedule of works Day-to-day management of site, including supervising and monitoring the site labourforce and the work of any subcontractors. Liaise with consultants on site problems relating to drawings, project schedule and site as-built condition. Ensure monthly progress claims information are available on time for QS and evaluate jointly with Site Engineer, Architectural Coordinator, and Site Quantity Surveyor on sub-contractor claims. Ensure that materials (e.g. adhesive,brick, cement, etc) delivery is on time and of the specified quality and quantity. Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety & environmental regulations are complied with Attend all consultant site meetings, technical meetings and sub-contractor meetings.



Minimum 10 years with relevant experience in project management of building/construction Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to be able to communicate with Mandarin speaking staff) Strong leadership, coaching skills and and organzing abilities. Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle timelines, budgets, and resources. * Able to work independently
