Key Responsibilities

Proofread articles, emails, and marketing content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, formatting, and consistency Ensure a consistent tone, style, and voice across all written materials Perform basic fact-checking to maintain content accuracy Collaborate with writers and editors to improve clarity and readability Maintain and update internal style guidelines as needed Deliver high-quality, error-free content within tight deadlines

Requirements

Exceptional command of written English and grammar rules Proven experience in proofreading, editing, or content quality assurance Strong attention to detail and accuracy Familiarity with SEO best practices is an advantage Proficient in tools such as Google Docs, Grammarly, and content management systems Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
