Mission/ Purpose of Job Contribute to RE\xc2\xb4s mission to reduce/control costs and maintain property values over time without compromising receiver needs, provide support to Property and Facility Managers throughadministrative and structural purchasing and invoice operation.
Scope & Influence Responsible in supporting the Real Estate Managers with all Real Estate management duties
Key responsibilities/ Accountabilities
Actively support Property-, Facility- and Construction Project Managers with administration.
Attend to breakdown calls for Building & Facilities Management Systems.
Perform basic and ad-hoc Mechanical & Electrical, Building Repairs and Maintenance minor works.
Monitor contractors, suppliers and project works, assist in supervising the performance of various contractors.
Carry out periodic Preventive Maintenance (PM) programme.
Responsible for the ordering process in the purchasing system Ariba, regarding daily operations and specific projects
Registration and update of investment projects in the internal project system
Follow-up and reporting of investment projects to Property Manager
In dialogue with the purchasing department (IPS) actively support the PM/FM managers in the purchasing process in order to avoid incorrect invoices, etc
Handle the process of invoices that is transferred through SAP.
Extensive work in IT systems used within UDT such as Office, SAP/R3 and Ariba.
Manage the work in accordance to the UDT processes
Key Targets/ Results Documents and system are updated with the latest information
Education/ Training Qualification/ Certificates Diploma or Nitec in Mechanical & Electrical, Facilities Building Services or the equivalent
Preferred Experience/ Knowledge
2-5 years experience within the field
Able to work independently without supervision, ability to work well under pressure.
Experience in the Real Estate industry is preferred
PC proficiency and good understanding of IT tools in general
