Property Engineer
Job Description
Property Engineer is the overall in-charge of building preventive maintenance, up keeping and implementation of project and monitoring service requests. They are responsible for monitoring the work of maintenance technicians.Job Qualifications: Preferably Graduate of Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering Licensed - Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineer or equivalent Preferably have a PCO Certification At least 1-2 years' experience in related field Has strong focus on facility and overall maintenance management Handles one or multiple of properties with less than 600 residential unit Has a thorough understanding of any of the following HVAC, Electrical, FDAS, Elevator, Pool, Generator, and Plumbing. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Effective and strong technical skills Organizational skills and good time managementJob Type: Full-timeSchedule:
