A renowned Property Development & Investment Company has vacancy for
Requirements:
- Diploma in Building, Real Estate, Facility Management, M&E or its equivalent
- Conversant with Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience in Building Services/Facilities Management preferred
- Fresh graduate will be considered
- Positive attitude, self-motivated and self-discipline with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be conversant with IT knowledge
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management and maintenance of completed residential & commercial buildings
- Lead a team of technicians to provide building services/facilities management services
- Able to work and attend to correspondences independently
