Maintain a high customer satisfaction level in rendering corporate facilitates management services to the external tenants of the cluster of buildings and Business Units
Enhance a collaborative community environment with building management and project management team to provide support services to internal Business Units to ensure delivery of customer service standards on workplace management to internal business units.
Manage feedbacks on workplace environment and user comfort in the aspects on building maintenance, repair and safety of facilities, upkeep and improvements within the internal occupied premises.
Support the Business Units and work closely with Building Management team to effectively resolve issues.
Regular inspection of grounds, facilities and equipment routinely to determine necessity of repairs or maintenance.
To assist in daily booking enquiries, amendments, cancellations and setup requirements and managing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the event spaces and its facilities.
Assist and provides support for events in the aspects of logistics management to ensure events organised by the internal stakeholders within the building premises/events spaces run smoothly including complying to all building requirements as well as statutory laws and regulations.
Provide support services to make the environment healthy and safe in accordance with local requirements.
