Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the daily operations of the buildings and effectively carry out the functions as well as duties
- Handle and coordinate all the maintenance and administrative staff assigned to the buildings
- Conduct routine inspection on the maintenance or improvement works for the buildings
- Provide advisory on facilities management matters
- Carry out all maintenance functions to the highest standard expected for the client and the subsidiary proprietors
- Provide and handle the maintenance, finance, security, fire safety and car park management for the operations of the buildings
- Ensure all contract works/ routine servicing are carried out accordingly a specified in their contract agreement
- Review all contracts, agreements and insurance before their expiry and recommend renewal or call for quotation / tender
- Co-ordinate and attend all council meetings as well as general meetings
- Prepare reports and presentation slides for the meetings
- Deal sensitively and fairly with people from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Build good working relationship and rapport with relevant agencies, contractors and owners
- Report to Portfolio Manager on issues relating to the ground
- Permanent
- Up to $3,500
- Monday to Friday 9 to 6pm
- Boon Keng / Serangoon
- Diploma in any discipline with relevant experience
