Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Property Manager
- Provide excellent support to estate residents in executing daily estate inspections
- Ensure high quality standard of horticultural, maintenance and implement improvement works
- Manage and attend to residents/tenants\xe2\x80\x99 feedback as well arrears cases
- Diploma in Real Estate/Facilities Management/Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
