Job Summary:

• Industry: Real Estate and Construction
• Working location: Pandan Crescent
• Employment type: 2 years contract (convertible to permanent)
• Working days: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper handing over and taking over of units
• Handle tenant\'s requests and feedback, as well as liaise with the tenants to handle the issues in line with SOP and Tenancy Agreement
• Handle incidents and complaints, as well as breakdowns and repairs
• Carry out site inspections (including monthly night inspections and periodic inspections), planned inspections, and quality control based on the standard checklist
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance and corrective work.
• Renew licenses and certificates
• Liaise with tenants and check their fitting-out works
• Supervise employees, appointed contractors, sub-contractors and other services
• Call quotations for ad-hoc/preventative works and ensure that works are carried out satisfactorily.
• Review and process tenants\xe2\x80\x99 A&A works including deposit and admin fee collection and ensure compliance per Fitting Out guidelines.
• Act as a Competent Person in providing engineering and technical assessment, i.e. troubleshooting, identifying the appropriate causes, reviewing and implementing the appropriate solutions
• Attend to feedback and requests from the employer staff and tenants.
• Provide 24-hour emergency support
• Function as the initial first response to emergency situations and be familiar and trained in the appropriate process and procedures
• Perform any other work necessary for an effective operation of the Property or as directed by the SO.

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in managing industrial buildings
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
• At least a diploma holder in relevant fields
