Responsibilities:

Assisting the Manager to provide facilities & maintenance support at childcare centres.
Responsible for estate management and ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the centre.
Ensure all safety guidelines and submission of risk assessment by the contractor are adhered to.
To assist Manager in ensuring the completion of cyclical upgrading projects are within budget, schedule and expected quality and compliance with the regulatory requirements and corporate governance.
To perform site inspection and ensure all essential facilities and services are well maintained.
