Assisting in the day-to-day operations

You will be assisting the immediate superior in the day-to-day operations of the site. This includes undertaking any duties assigned by the Management or the Immediate Superior. You will be managing all mechanical and electrical works in the premises and attend to client\xe2\x80\x99s requests on mechanical and electrical matters.

Being responsible

You will be conducting daily checks on essential equipment to ensure that they are operating in a satisfactory condition at all times. You will be task to troubleshoot M&E, sanitary & plumbing appliances and air-conditioning problems etc.

We want to ensure that the clients are provided with high standards of service at all times. Being responsible also means that you will operate/ maintain all equipment within the premises to ensure all equipment are in working condition. To lead the technicians in resolving technical issues. Include procuring of parts or quotations for repairs and etc.

Assisting the Centre/ Building Manager

When there are potential issues, you will assist in collating observation and report to the immediate superior. Include Monthly reports and monitor consumption usage and recommend preventive measures.
