Operations

Day to Day



To review, and if necessary, recommend and implement changes to operations procedures relating to all Operations matters Work with closely with vendors, such as security, cleaners, fire protection protection & all others vendors in relation to Operations & M&E service to ensure that all works are in place to the required standard. To have eyes for details to keep a look on the day to day for improvement & ideas to optimize operation matters. To advice Tenants & Vendors if there's non-compliance; such as water wastage, waste management, recycling & one-time use of plastic products accordingly. To ensure the implementation and maintenance of the OMS system, POs, invoices etc in accordance to establish organizational standard.

Day to Day



Review and approve tenant fit-out application by Tenants

. Co-ordinate with all relevant consultants & contractors & getting approval with Landlord to have the overall concept & design approve.

Help coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs. To support all lay down procedures and contract numbers of persons to be contacted for dealing with emergency situations such as pipe burst, fire, power failures, structural damage, etc. in need be to assist in Operations. Prepare accurate, timely and complete reports, including monthly performance reports and variance reports for review by senior management Prepare annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts relating to the operating expenditure under your charge. Respond to problems and concerns and ensures compliance with rules and regulations

Required Qualifications & Experience

Degree in Estate Management/ Building Services/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or its equivalent with at least 3 years of experience; or



Diploma in Building Services/ Real Estate or its equivalent with at least 5 years of experience;



Relevant experience in managing commercial buildings or mixed developments; will be preferred;



Knowledge of operations, maintenance and related local ordinances for Building Operation;



Good interpersonal skills with team player qualities to manage both internal and external stakeholders;



Proven organization, problem solving and communication (verbal and written) skills;



With the above & all other tasks assigned by Manager/(s)
