Summary
Responsibilities:
Assist the Property Manager with management and maintenance of the HDB Estates Work with the team to attend and resolve residents' feedback Work closely with Town Councilors, Residents, Grassroot Organizations, and other relevant government agencies Supervise improvement and upgrading works Manage budget control / planning and arrears Carry out enforcement actions on common properties and open space by-laws
