We are working with our top tier Exeter based law firm client, recruiting into their outstanding Property Litigation team.

As a large regional firm, the team has an enviable client list and this is a fantastic opportunity for a NQ Solicitor to start their career working directly with leading Partners and Lawyers who are truly experts in their field. The successful candidate can expect a broad and varied range of property related matters, to include, but not limited to, neighbour disputes (rights of way, adverse possession, harassment,) boundary disputes, co-ownership disputes, enforcement of charges, possession and rectifying historic title issues. The firm is looking for candidates with a strong background in Property Litigation and a completed a litigation seat within your training contract.
