BUTLER - The World's Finest Hospitality Group is looking to hire for the following position: Property Management Executive (Operational) for its Property Management Department
As a Propery Management Executive you will be performing Property Management related operational duties at our property management project sites.
We are looking at independent candidates with strong communication and service excellence skills and detail attentioned individuals with strong administration and managerial capabilities.
You will be performing duties to ensure the operation and upkeep of property management project sites are well managed, including working with vendors to ensure quality and standards at all times, whilst ensuring customer satisfaction and communication transparency and clarity.
Vehicle can be provided if candidate posses Class 3 Driving License.
Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years of Hospitality / Customer Service related experience
- Strong Administration and Communication Skillset
- Quality and Service Excellence individual
- Able to work under tight deadlines
- Minimum Diploma and Above
