Job Description

Our client is a reputable company looking for a Property Management Manager

• Manage and maintain the properties within the Company\'s portfolio, develop and implement strategic plans for property management practices across the portfolio.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the team, including internal executives and external service providers, to address issues promptly.
• Prepare and plan annual property management budgets, monitor expenses, and report any variances.
• Establish Standard Operating Procedures and Facilities Management Policies across the portfolio.
• Prepare and submit property management reports to the management within the specified timeline.
• Execute approved asset enhancement initiatives (AEIs) and improvement plans according to the planned timeline.
• Participate in the procurement process, including preparing tender specifications, evaluating proposals, and obtaining contract approvals.
• Provide recommendations and advice on property management aspects during the design review stage of new developments and ensure operational readiness upon completion.
• Provide property management recommendations and cost estimates to support new leasing business or investment proposals.
• Lead the team in exploring and evaluating new initiatives to improve operational efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant real estate experience in operations
• Degreee in Real Estate management/Facilities/Engineering or equivalent

Good to have

• BIM Trainings & Experience
• Greenmark Facility Manager
• M&E industry knowledge
